    In order to keep the homes in Indian Creek Plantation as beautiful as possible, we have created covenants that our property owners think are GREAT!  You can request a copy of the covenants, but here are a few things that are covered in them:

• The homes in can range from 3,000 sq ft up, and we guarantee no two homes will look the same.  No one will confuse your beautiful dream home with another in our Gated Community.
• No more than two pets are allowed, there is however room on most lots for a stable.
• If you are a dog owner and underground fence is required.
• Water is provided from the city, however, lots with 3 acres or more are allowed to have a well for irrigation.
